WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND?
Generally, our project turnaround for invitations is up to 3-4 weeks, and up to 2-3 weeks for save the dates and day of paper items. Fulfillment begins from the point you approve all design proofs for print, so our turnaround times do not include the design phase or shipping times. When calculating your timeline, we recommend allowing a good 1-2 weeks for the design phase + the project turnaround time.
WHAT IS THE DESIGN PHASE, AND DO I GET TO SEE PROOFS OF MY CARDS/ADDRESSING
BEFORE THEY ARE PRINTED?
The design phase is the period during which we work on the personalization of your order. Once you provide the necessary wording and info, you will be sent digital proofs via email for you to look over. First proofs and any following revisions are provided within 1-2 business days for collection designs, and 1-2 weeks for custom work. The amount of time spent on the design phase will depend on factors such as your response time and how many revisions you require.
Once you okay your digital proofs, you will be emailed an approval form for you to read and sign, along with the invoice for the balance due on your order, if applicable. Then, once the waiver and payment are received, we can begin production of your order within our given turnaround times.
HOW MANY ROUNDS OF REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
Each order includes three rounds of proofs/revisions. Any additional rounds will incur a design fee of $25 per round.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTABLE FILES FOR ME TO PRINT ON MY END?
Yes! We are happy to offer the DIY printing option for international clients and those with tighter project timelines or individuals just wanting a more hands-on experience with their wedding invitations. With the printable option, Rachel personalizes each card design and then emails you the print-ready, non-editable PDF file/s for you to download and print locally or online. Due to potential differences in printing method and paper product, your end result may vary from our final print product.
DO YOU PROVIDE ENVELOPE ADDRESSING?
We offer digital guest and return address printing for all of our envelopes, in white or black/color ink.
DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE STAMPS & INVITATION ASSEMBLY?
We do not offer postage stamps, however if you would like to provide the postage we are happy to assemble your invitation sets prior to shipping them to you. Let us know if you are interested in this service and we can discuss applicable options and fees.
DO YOU OFFER MATCHING MENUS, PROGRAMS, AND OTHER DAY OF PAPER ITEMS?
We certainly do! Most of our suites showcase the matching items that are available to coincide with your save the dates and wedding invitations, but if not, we offer almost any matching correspondence or day of item. Larger paper items, such as posters and signs, are not available to be printed and shipped to you, but we can offer printable PDF files for you to print.

CAN I ADD LETTERPRESS, FOIL STAMPING OR EDGE PAINTING/GILDING?

Most of our collection designs are created to be printed with the flat printing method, this method uses high-end digital printing machines that allow for an array of colors. Think art prints! On occasion we offer letterpress, foil stamping, and edging options in combination with the flat printing. Normally letterpress or foil stamping works best with the fonts and text elements of our collection suites. For custom designs, the possibilities are endless!

WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE, AND CAN I GET SOMETHING THAT IS THICKER?

We print mainly on a 110 lb. 100% cotton cardstock, which is the thickest option compatible with our digital press. There are also a select number of other papers we work with, so there are other options if you are interested in a particular finish/texture.

CAN I PURCHASE A SAMPLE?

Yes! We recommend you purchase a sample set prior to choosing your invitations, so you can experience the look and feel in person. You can purchase a sample of the suite you are interested in through this website directly, or you can visit out Etsy shop to purchase a sample there.
